Update flesnet

This MR updates the flesnet dependency to the current version. In this version, the previous fles::SubsystemIdentifier enum class has been updated and renamed.

The remaining changes in this MR reflect these changes and restore the code compatibility.

OK, that's straightforward.

One remark: By decision of the respective detector group, the T0 detector is now called BMON. We are adapting this in the rest of cbmroot. I think that should this also be done in fles::Subsystem.
