Channel masking for cbm::algo::UnpackMuch.

Implemented channel masking (by address) for cbm::algo::UnpackMuch.

Hard-coded values taken from mMuChNoisyChannelMarch2022.txt.

Should be tested on 2022 data once !1214 (merged) is merged. Marked as draft until then.

Edit:

Added commits from !1214 (merged). Verified results against original (non-algo) unpacker. Removing draft flag. Ready for merge.
