update of mcbm CI tests

An update of the mcbm CI tests, as it is suggested by Pierre here: https://redmine.cbm.gsi.de/issues/2900

The update is already included in another MR: !1183 (merged)

But I decided to make a separate MR for this particular update in order to not mix different topics in the other MR.

I closed this MR since it can not be merged separately from !1183 (merged) because of the missing mat. budget files.

yes, it makes sense to have it separate, as in addition it will require a bump of the parameters hash when we get the missing files from Much.

I expect the CI tests for mCBM will fail until then
