L1: cleanup the Fitter for the Particle Finder; remove failing requests to the run manager

The MR should fix this problem: https://redmine.cbm.gsi.de/issues/2875#change-13864

I guess, the problem was produced by many failing requests to the run manager. (branch MvdHit was not found)
