cbmreco: Integrate algo::Unpack

Replace sts::UnpackChain with a more general UnpackChain that uses algo::Unpack underneath.

Disabled TRD and TRD2D unpackers in cbmreco until we have the configs available for those in algo.

cc @d.smith: MR includes some changes to algo::Unpack. In particular it's possible now to mask / exclude individual detectors.
