Modification of official hit->cluster step in MC matching for STS

The purpose of this merge request is to modify the official scheme of hit matching in STS.
In the new matching scheme, only those links to MC point are saved, which are presented both in the front and the back cluster match object. Thus the MC matches of fake STS hits do not contain any links to MC point.
