Draft: mCBM reco without event building before

• Add new macro for "no event" reco based on unpacked data file instead of output of event builder
• Remove hard-coded (and silent) escape blocks for big "events" (triggered both in event and TS cases) in TofEventClusterizer
• Fix some problems with making events without BMon including (neither as seed detector nor as selected detector)
• Add new macros for "events with almost all hits of a single detector"
• Add script to chain the single detector events with corresponding reco + a plotting macro gathering the resulting files to make comparisons

Should probably not be merged but somehow linked to whenever the mCBM analysis changes are brought in the master.
