Set nb TRD stations in QA macro for SIS300, fixes warning in weekly tests

@p.kaehler: I set the value to the number of layers I could see in the outdated SIS300 geometry v17. Not sure if that is correct, as I could not find the full information on Stations vs Layers in stations (and the SIS100 default is also set to 4 stations of 1 layer). I could anyway not find a matching usage in the QA class which would differentiate between Stations and Layers.

@a_meye37_AT_uni-muenster.de: This is the full patch that I mentioned in #2736. As far as I know this will only have an impact for the weekly test as nobody is doing SIS300 simulations anymore.
