Bump geo and par hashes: TRD cleanup of mCBM geometries and parameters + piled-up geo changes

• Remove unused geometries
• Remove corresponding parameters
• Update some outdated/bad parameters
• Change some parameters from symlink to own versions
• Also include following geometry changes which were stacked in the master but not brought in
  • Candidate OCT22 setup files
  • Magnet 22a and 22b
  • New STS3+STS5 geometry
  • Changes for radlen CI test (new scripts, ...)

I give thumbs up coz I think it is about time to update these but it should however be noted that the fieldmaps which are in the input directory and used in the _OCT22 setups are not brought in on this commit.
