L1: add tofTrackIndex to global track

In order to save ToF track index to global track for mCBM I need to add corresponding filed in CbmGlobalTrack.

If we touch CbmGlobalTrack, we should take the opportunity to define the default values of the private members in the header file instead of in the constructor.
