Use a different installation directory For the test of the installation to allow to remove also the build directory.

Pipeline fails as expected. The failure is due to the addition of the installation test on Debian 10. This problem was reported in !1005 (closed). This MR is meant to add a test for this system. The failing test will be fixed when !1008 (merged) is merged.
