[mCBM] support for digievent in offline task based chain + CI

Probably better to merge this after !962 (merged) but in any case one of the two will need to be rebased locally and both way would work

• Add DigiEvent output option to BuildRawEvents task
• Make mcbm event builder macro compatible with both output types + test both in CI
• Add CI test for mcbm digievent reco + macros fixes/updates
• Add mcbm_reco.C macro with only reconstruction and tracking
• Split event building and reconstruction in CI chain

=> Leads to CI chain with 4 steps for event input type x tracking type
=> HadronAnalysis for Lambdas not added to the reconstruction macro used in CI as far too long: O(30 mins) for first TS of 2391
