CbmTofInteraction class is introduced to address the problem of multiple MC points for one interaction.

unnecessary commands removed which oprated a directory level.
like include_directories() link_directories()
Now operating on the target directory using target_include_directories()
target_link_libraries() commands.
generating library target using generate_cbm_library() macro provided by us.

L1QA: added tracking QA base class and Sts class (experimental), added station index getters to the tracking detector interface classes

- Fix mapping range for 2022 BMon in Tof Parameter class (16ch assumption instead of 2x8)
- Disable Digi output in the online Bmon unp macro (pure monitor)
- Fix SysId used to switch filling of BMon Error plots in unpacking Algo
- Add accessor for the monitor pointer in TOF unpack config class

Changed severity for large amount of LOG statements

Changed default from info to debug for a larger amount of tof log messages. Otherwise, it makes info reading with all subsystems almost impossible.

Add space between comma seperated double affilliation institutes

The latest version of our formating rules is applied to all header and source
files as well as to the macros using clang-format 11.0.

The class FairLogger is  meanwhile only a wrapper around the Logger class,
so use the Logger directly. This also helps to reduce many warnings when
using the Eclipse IDE.

First step to include code currently stored for historical reasons in the
fles directory, in the core or reco libraries of the respective detectors.
Adapt build system accordingly.
