Most changes done in CbmDigiData:
- Add CbmTzdDigiData class
- Change TZD storage class in CbmDigiData
- Bump Classdef of CbmDigiData to 3
- Add boost serialization version +  Bump to version 3 (default is always 0 in boost)

unnecessary commands removed which oprated a directory level.
like include_directories() link_directories()
Now operating on the target directory using target_include_directories()
target_link_libraries() commands.
generating library target using generate_cbm_library() macro provided by us.

- Add copy constructor to CbmEvent
- Define DigiData types and add members for the other CBM detectors in CbmDigiData(!MUCH beamtime digi usage!)
- Add vector of CbmEvents, all DigiData types, CbmDigiEvent and vector of CbmDigiEvent to LinkDef to get ROOT streamers (needed to write to ROOT file)

Integration of cbm::algo::EventBuilder in the FairRoot run/task framework, with the new task CbmTaskBuildEvents. Included into regular testing. Refs #2271.

Some fixed to DigiData and DigiEvent after review. Removed empty .cxx files. Removed ClassDef macro. Refs #2261.

- Headers without source files in fles/mcbm2018 and core/data/raw
- Fles IPC headers
- CPP_ZMQ main header

Remove the ecal directory and the directory with the ecal data classes.
Adapt the build system accordingly. Closes #1756 @0.5h
