Should be removed once proper fix is done in FairRoot or Root and we switch to a version including it

If using a non FairSoft installation of the dependencies problems were
reported after the last changes to the build system. Instead of hardcoding
the SIMPATH use the the information from ROOT about its binary directory.
Remove some old usage of the root-config script, use CMake variables provided
by ROOT instead.

L1: replaced preprocessor macros DO_NOT_SELECT_TRIPLETS, TRACKS_FROM_TRIPLETS, TRACKS_FROM_TRIPLETS_ITERATION, EXTEND_TRACKS with flags in L1CAIteration

L1: Introduction of MC-framework classes for tracking; hit matching is encapsulated into separate functions

current source dir is included for CbmGeoSetup target using target_include_directories() so doesn't need the path in source files now

The header files from subdirectories were expected by ROOT in the wrong
directory structure. Pass the header files without the path  when generating
the dictionary.
