The class belongs to the mvd core library. The pragma statement was simply
wrong.

- Kaniadakis gaussian distribution is introduced to fit residuals of tracking parameters

CbmTrdUnpackFaspAlgo: Removed catching of multiply defined equipment IDs (sometimes multiple entries are passed for invalid eq_id = 0).
