Macro which compares the names of materials as generated from a simulation
to those obtained directly from opening the gemometry binaries directory.
User specifies the setup he wishes to examine. Readme includes suggested
commands.

=> Needed because same alignment file for Ni and Au setups + no HW changes between the two periods

Found to be mixing geometry material. See redmine #2885.

Bring in new sts geometry with more complete materials.
New setup for mcbm.

- Rename file to Definitions.h
- Replace Detectors-enum with fles::SubsystemIdentifier
