- Add optional method to resort indicices to the CbmEvent class, as the indices for TRD1D and 2D are added in separate steps
- Replace the loop over the CbmEvent indices by a block copy between the first and last digi of each detector type, based
  on the assumption that we use a time-window based selection on a sorted array, therfore leading to a continuous block
  => this is known to potentially copy more digis in the TRD case due to the eventual =/= windows and offsets for 1D and 2D

- Add copy constructor to CbmEvent
- Define DigiData types and add members for the other CBM detectors in CbmDigiData(!MUCH beamtime digi usage!)
- Add vector of CbmEvents, all DigiData types, CbmDigiEvent and vector of CbmDigiEvent to LinkDef to get ROOT streamers (needed to write to ROOT file)

Decision to not use doxygen for licence headers. Removes doxygen formatting and file tag.

Pulls some author and date information from previous headers, adds this to information from the svn and git repositories.
Inlude the standard copyright header to approximately 2000 files with institute of original committer as copyright holder.
Contributing authors from previous declaration and repository records.

The latest version of our formating rules is applied to all header and source
files as well as to the macros using clang-format 11.0.

Apply code formatting to all source/header files and root macros.
