- a new service "run_info": prints different run properties to stdout (at the moment only the geometry setup tag)

- metadata structure for histograms (at the moment an extendable 8-bit word for control flag storage)
- transer of a timeslice index to the histogram server

histogram server:
- functionality of additional extended histograms storing vs different TS quantities (for example, TS index)

- Add High-water Mark setting on the ZMQ input socket with default value of 1
- Add binary option to set the HWM + help info
- Reduce the log info linked to the Histos and Canvases updates now that we send them on every update
- Add new logs when first/initial config is received
- Add periodic log to give indication that server is not stuck

This commit introduces modifications to:
- online digi-event builder QA (replacement of Histo1D with qa::H1D)
- online tracking QA
- histogram server (added 2D histograms)
- histogram server tester (message initialization is replaced with qa::Data)

Runs and pop the server but:
- Input interface not defined! Something need to be invented to replace FairMQ
- Commands do not work as the static boolean accessed by CLING do not seem to be share to the main threads (worked in FairTask world)
- Due to this, no mechanism to stop the main loop apart from Ctrl+C
- Not tested with histos, neither with canvases
