Macro which compares the names of materials as generated from a simulation
to those obtained directly from opening the gemometry binaries directory.
User specifies the setup he wishes to examine. Readme includes suggested
commands.

Modifies registerSetup to handle more than one beampipe. Changes to
allow mvd_sim macro to execute normally.

- track type and track fit histogrammers added
- index bug in TimeSliceReader class fixed

There were still some transport macros which did not allow to fix the random
seed. This is fixed now such that all transport macros from the CI suite now
run with a fixed random seed of 1. This allows to compare results of different
software versions for identity.
