- Add option to provide the start time fo the run
- Make it so that current time at Reco::Init is used if not provided
- Add new general QA of the Reco process with two plots:
==> Count of TS as function of start time in run
==> Fraction of expected TS as function of start time in run

- The auxiliary data objects from unpackers are stored in a temporary data structure AuxDigiUnpack (TODO: Dummy classes for DigiQa, execute the QA inside the Reco::RunUnpacker function)
- The option "--aux-data" is added to force saving the auxiliary data in unpackers (now is used only by std::Unpack)
- STS digi QA: histograms for channel vs. e-link are added for different modules

- Add High-water Mark setting on the ZMQ output socket with default value of 1
- Add binary option to set the HWM + help info

* Use `fles::InputArchive` / `fles::OutputArchive` to read / write archives
* Reuse `fles::ArchiveDescriptor` as archive header
* Removed `--split-output-per-ts` flag
* Update `RecoResultsDescriptor` to include timeslice-index and start time
* Added `--dump-archive` flag to quickly inspect written archives for basic debugging
* Removed ability to add wildcards in output filename e.g. for hostname (this should be handled by slurm-startscript)

- Rename file to Definitions.h
- Replace Detectors-enum with fles::SubsystemIdentifier
