The tracking parameter file extention is changed from "L1Parameters.dat" to "ca.par" in the
offline data reconstruction in order to keep a consistency with the naming rule, used
in the online tracking chain.

1) TOF tracking interface updates: proper calculation of zMin and zMax (now works for the mcbm_beam_2021_07_surveyed as well)
2) Input QA clean-up: automatic cut of sensors which are not included in a tracking station (i.e. have -1 local station index)

Significantly improves performance for high combinatorics. Especially
important for the new Module 0 in mSTS 2024.
