Updates T0 digi classes with Bmon exquivalents. Standardises
the use of Bmon across code base and, in-use and legacy macros.

Implemented an alternative deadtime check in cbm::algo::tof::Clusterizer, which avoids the use of std::unordered_map and uses a flat vector instead.

Changed cbm::algo::tof::Hitfind such that RPC-sorted digis are passed to Clusterizer (instead of pointers).

Removed digi indices from cbm::algo::tof::Hit. Stored indices in separate vector in cbm::algo::tof::Clusterizer.

The used structured bindings are only supported with C++20 and even then there
is a bug in clang with some older version which crash during compilation. The
fix doesn't capture the structured binding.

Introduced new class cbm::algo::tof::CalibrateSetup. Fully separated TOF calibration and hitfinding parameters.
