The templated functions Deserialize and Serialize of the FairMQ Device are
marked deprecated. These templates acctually only forward the call to the
BoostSerializer and RootSerializer classes which are part of FairRoot.
Call these classes directly to remove deprectaion warnings.

Some time ago a verry effective filter to remove all warnings was introduced
by accident. The problem was a not properly escaped special character in a
regular expression. The commit now fixes the erroneous regex.

Updates hash to bring setups from geometry repository. Removes
some automated shifts to target in the transport macros.

    The setups labeled APR21 and DEC21 were only for testing purposes and will be
    removed from the repository with one of the next commits. So we have to remove
    the tests using these setups.

Plaform shifted by 40cm to be under the MUCH/RICH. Based upon
