[BugFix] Add [KfCore/CaCore/Algo]Offline libraries to remove feed down of NO_ROOT flag to libraries in reco folder

- Build AlgoOffline library only if not in CBM_ONLINE_STANDALONE (aka not online container mode)
- Build [Ca/Kf]CoreOffline libs only if not in CBM_ONLINE_STANDALONE (aka not online container mode)
- Use AlgoOffline as dep for libs CbmSimDigitizationSteer CbmAtConverterSteer CbmRecoOfflineSteer

     - Field mode selection with the EFieldMode template parameter is replaced with optional selection of the magnetic field mode within a single object

- Removed global ca::TrackFit instance from ca::TripletConstructor.
- Removed access to ca::InputData from ca::TripletConstructor (all needed data is already in ca::WindowData).
- Switched from global to window-based hit index in ca::Branch. Allows simplification of many interfaces
  (removal of ca::InputData).
- Cleaned up ca::TrackFinder.
- In ca::TrackFinder, replaced separate vector instances which store
  upper and lower bounds of windows by single vectors that store
  these bounds together as a pair.
- Cleaned up ca::TrackFinderWindow.

Ca: make CaTrackFit work with different data types: SIMD and non-SIMD tracks, single and double precision
