- Fix calculation of integrated values of STS hist and Tracks over the TS
- Add nb MUCH/TRD/TOF hits per event in L1GlobalTracker debug printout
- Add runtime per event in end of run printout

Decision to not use doxygen for licence headers. Removes doxygen formatting and file tag.

Pulls some author and date information from previous headers, adds this to information from the svn and git repositories.
Inlude the standard copyright header to approximately 2000 files with institute of original committer as copyright holder.
Contributing authors from previous declaration and repository records.

New or modified transport macros for file input (run_tra_file.C and beam simulation (run_tra_beam.C). Added three regular tests: transport of collision events, transport of signal events (from PLUTO) and transport of beam events.

Apply code formatting to all source/header files and root macros.
