Update NicaFemto version which include now all patches.

To extend visibility, GLOBAL option added to IMPORTED library Target
 KFParticle, AnalysisTreeBase, AnalysisTreeBase and NicaFeatures.
IMPORTED_LOCATION and INTERFACE_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES
(List of public include directories requirements for a library)
properties are fixed for all Targets.

NicaDataFormat, NicaGen, NicaCut, and NicaAna IMPORTED library Targets
 added in InstallNicaFemto.cmake module.

Patch the AnalysisTree and AnalysisTreeQA buils systems to create also
correct dictionaries for ROOT versions below v6.18.0.
Add the directories where the header files of both packages are installed
to ROOT_INCLUDE_PATH which are paths used by rootcint to find needed
header files.

This version fixes a long standing problem of AnalysisTree with
ROOT versions >= 6.20. The produced files couldn't be read anylonger.

Use standard CMake variable to define C++ version.
Pass the version to AnalysisTree package such that code is properly
compiled.

The latest version fixes some compiler warnings.

Use commit hash of a tag instead of tag name to define the needed git version.
The hash is needed to check the already downloaded and build version.
Without the hash after each run of CMake the libraries are rebuild.
Using the hash only rebuild the libraries if there is a change of the hash.
