Properly remove the GeoManger before leaving the ROOT session.

For each commit to the branch nightly_master a build of the doxygen
documentation is triggered. The branch is updated once per night if there
are changes to the master branch. The branch reflects the state of the
master branch at midnight.
The documentation is build using a docker container and the result is
uploaded to the gitlab pages web page at
http://computing.gitpages.cbm.gsi.de/cbmroot/

Add new geometrycheck file for psd geometry v20a_mcbm

Test mcbm beamtime setups 2020_03 and 2021_03 instead of the 2019 ones.
Correct the reconstruction macro accordingly.

Remove obsolete geometry from setup definition file.

Fix parameter file for tof_v20b_mcbm geometry.

Use commit hash of a tag instead of tag name to define the needed git version.
The hash is needed to check the already downloaded and build version.
Without the hash after each run of CMake the libraries are rebuild.
Using the hash only rebuild the libraries if there is a change of the hash.

Remove obsolete geometry from setup definition file.

Fix parameter file for tof_v20b_mcbm geometry.

When compiling fairsoft, fairroot and cbmroot with debug options an error
occurred when linking the test executables as described in #1794. The fix
now calls the CMake fucntion in a proper way without escaping some variables.

Closes #1794 @15m

Don't download the external packages when running the code format checker.
This improves the run time from more than 4 minutes to less than  1 minute.
Test each file individually such that the results on CDash are shown for each
file separately.

Implement CI also for macOS. Test merge requests on our macOS 10.13 test system.
The pipline now consists of two steps with three different jobs. First the compliance
with the code formating rules is checked. If this step succeed the code is build and
tested on Linux and macOS. This step runs simultaneous on both platforms.

mCBM 2020: in time win evt builder, reject seeds if part of reference det cluster from previous seed

=> This should fix the problem that in AllowOverlap mode events where cloned/split due to the cluster size when using TOF as reference
=> a mean cluster size of <N> in the reference detector was leading to N events for each real seed in this mode!
