Added unpack_tsa_mcbm_with_eb.C to /macro/beamtime/mcbm2020. This extends the original unpack_tsa_mcbm.C macro with
an additional event building step, which uses the CbmTaskBuildRawEvents class.

- Add catching of empty match objects at Digi to Point level

Rename Mcbm2018 to Cosy2019 in all fiber hodo classes.
Adapt macros to change.

In many macros the fiber hodo classes were present but commented. In most of
the classes the sage is not needed since the detector was not present in the
beamtime. Cleanup of the macros was done.

Potential deactivation switch also added, see run_reco.C

Fixes in mCBM 2020 Algos and MQ examples:
- Remove JSROOT commands fore reset/save histos in MQ histos server and devices, as not working (need cling context!).
- Add/extend support for T0 channels remapping + related plots.
- Fix TOF pulser algo (logic was broken before and chain resetting the output plots).
Add macro folder + MQ monitor scripts for TOF and T0.

- New macros to determine the spill borders
- Adapt unpack macros input parameters to optionally use spill related data ranges
- Add in unpack_tsa_mcbm the spill border values for run 831
- Add support for optional split file indices from unpack in all macros
- In mcbm_event_ana.C, do not overwrite the unpack parameter file

- In CbmMcbm2018Source, add support for selecting TS ranges for a chosen Spill range with 3 spill borders options
- Fix TS metadata calculation against corrupted MS 0 and move it to make sure it is generated even when TS range selected

Fixed time window size and minimum digi number cut for 2018 event builder in /macro/run/run_reco.C. All event builders now produce reasonable QA results.

CbmBuildEventsQA: Instead of a single detector a list of reference detectors can now be used to match raw events to MC events.

Fixed an issue whereby CbmBuildEventsQA was unable to deal with digi matches without links (noise). Added CbmBuildEventsQA to /macro/run/run_reco.C.

Changed STS seed window size and minimum seed digi number for raw event builder in /macro/run/run_reco.C.
