Cleanup filtering of compiler warnings for Nightly tests

Remove unused variables, parameters and data members.
Remove move statement to allow copy ellision.
Use unsingned int in loop when comparing with size function of containers.
Initialize all data members.

Fix warning from rootcling.
With newer root versions the parameter -c isn't supported any longer,
so remove it.

- Add updated MC point matches to output of CbmEventClusterizer
- Add support for new "calibrated" vectors in MatchRecoToMc (no support for TClonesArray!)
- Adapt vectors/arrays names in FairRoot manager
- Adapt consummer classes to new names

Based on commit b1962019 by n.herrmann

- Add catching of empty match objects at Digi to Point level

First step to include code currently stored for historical reasons in the
fles directory, in the core or reco libraries of the respective detectors.
Adapt build system accordingly.

Norbert pointed out that tof_v20a has to be treated as geometry type v21a. This
is corrected with this commit.

Don't use tof digi parameter file any longer in the digitization step.
The needed information is meanwhile taken from the TGeoManager.

Initialize tof geometry parameters in the simple clusterizer from the
TGeoManager, as it is already done in the event clusterizer and the digitizer.

Add a special case in the TofGeoManager for the tof_v20a geometry.
The geometry has to be treated as v14a.

The function Cbm::File::IsRootFile checks if a file with the given name
exists and if this is confirmed it checks if the file is either a ROOT
file or a ROOT file stored in a ZIP file. ROOT is able to handle ROOT
files stored in a ZIP archive.
The function returns true when the file is a ROOT file  and false in
any other case.

- Fix wrongly commented out ParFile line
- Add test for mcbm_event_ana with both event builders

Add support for C++17
Check for c++ version c++11 or above (11, 14 or 17). With this change it
becomes possible to compile CbmRoot with C++17.

Add missing library.
The FairMQ state machine is now in an extra library which has to be added
for linking when using FairSoft nov20. Test if the library exist and create
the list of dependencies accordingly.

Add missing include directory.
VMC is not any longer included in ROOT but a standealone package, so the
include directory has to be added such that the header files are found.

Add gtest as an optional external package.
With the latest version of FairSoft googletest was removed due to a
recommendation of the gtest developers. Since gtest is no longer part of
FairSoft we have to provide an own version which is compiled as external
project.

Add proper dependency to external gtest project
This dependency is needed to compile the test only if the gtest library is
already available.

Fix compilation error with FairRoot v18.4.2 on macosx
In FairRoot v18.4.2 some linker settings were removed from the CMake setup.
This breaks the compilation of CbmRoot. Put back the needed seetings for the
linker on macosx in our build system.
