- Add single macro for all mCBM reco: CbmEvent/DigiEvent, TofTracking/L1 Tracking (based on the event_reco_l1 one)
- Split event building and reconstruction in all CI cases
- Make sure we test all 4 combinations of (CbmEvent, DigiEvent) x (TofTracking, L1 Tracking)

- HadronAnalysis for Lambdas disabled in CI as far too long, O(30 mins) for first TS of 2391
- L1 tracking disabled in CI while pending validation in both reco modes

Correct target position. The macros were not adjusted for the shift of the
coordinate system. The origin is now in the middle of the magnet and not any
longer in the target. A shift of the target by -44 cm is needed.

All mcbm material budget map generating macros were found to have a
halfing of radlen bug and a missing volume bug. To prevent these macros
from being further used, they are removed.

- For now making call to mcbm_transport.C from a different folder (hardcoded path) + running 1 event
- Call should be replaced on the long term with an INIT only method (no need to run a simulation to get a geometry)

- Add new file and namespace in utils part of the CbmBase library
- Add Mcbm::GetSetupFromRunId function
- Add Mcbm::Dummy class to force loading of the library n macros and circumvent deprecation of functions dict in Root6/Cling
- Update all macros with the if/else mapping to use the new function and catch exception for unmapped runs

Previously, radiation thickness of materials that transversed a cut boundary
were ignored, leading to an underestimation of radiation length. Fixes this.

Allow non equidistant station cuts, such as is needed for the new 5+3 station
STS geometries.

Fixes MC generator to start before the first station of the STS. Sets the MC
generate to the target position for angle generator.
