Previously, the PrimaryVertex branch was not defined, so the CbmHadronAnalysis task didn't collect the related distributions.
After one of the previouse commits the PrimaryVertex branch was introduced, and the task was executing the CbmStsKFTrackFitter,
which failed. The failure was caused by the undefined CbmKF task instance.
This commit introduces the CbmKF task and all other related settings to the macro.

UPD: clang-format refresh

- CbmL1: added the CbmL1:EInitMode flags, the EInitMode::Full is default and provides the initialization of the L1Algo

- adding TsEventHeader and TimeSlice. branch to the run_inspect_digi_timeslice.C macro

- The auxiliary data objects from unpackers are stored in a temporary data structure AuxDigiUnpack (TODO: Dummy classes for DigiQa, execute the QA inside the Reco::RunUnpacker function)
- The option "--aux-data" is added to force saving the auxiliary data in unpackers (now is used only by std::Unpack)
- STS digi QA: histograms for channel vs. e-link are added for different modules
