Trd parameter files for mcbm needed an update, this commit changes
the downloaded parameter version accordignly

Add sorting of raw message output vector
Add correct forwarding of eLink even/odd switch to algo
Add SetIgnoreOverlaps setter to be in sync with other unpackers

Added functions that use the new enum, which contains all parameter
containers of the trd, which return a list of the containers or the
extension names for the ascii files. This is suppose to unify the
handling in tasks and macros and reduce potential pitfalls

As first stage in the pipline test if the MR branch is up-to-date with the
upstream/master branch. Any further stage is only executed if the MR branch
is up-to-data. This stage was added to avoid running unnecessary pipelines
and not to waste computing ressources.

CMake knows the library extension for the different systems so there is no need to
define it explicitly.

Don't run the format checker in case a file was removed.

Instead of initilazing the spadic channel vector with each function call,
 it is now initialized as member variable in the header.
