reconstruction macros global updates: CbmL1 and CbmKF (as a FairRoot task) now need the interfaces to the tracking detectors. There were still some macros with wrong institute/city information.
Correct 'GSI/JINR-LIT' by the correct 'GSI/JINR-LIT, Darmstadt/Dubna'.

If the ROOT session is closed after the macro has finished the TGeoManger
has to be properly destructed.
This is done calling the macro RemoveGeoManager.
