wrong.

- Log throughput in addition to runtime for each reconstrution step.
- Log device name, when running GPU reconstruction.
- Seperate steps in legacy reconstruction, to allow measuring the time
  spent in each step, even when running in parallel.

CbmTrdUnpackFaspAlgo: Removed catching of multiply defined equipment IDs (sometimes multiple entries are passed for invalid eq_id = 0).

Instead of using the Singularity runtime to execute the test in containers the
successor Apptainer is used.

The remaining code in the mvd directory was not used after all the changes.
Move the 2 PDF files to core/detectors/mvd as temporary solution. Finally the
files need a better place.
Remove the complete mvd directory and the usage from the main CMakeLists.txt
