Since the size of a single PLUTO file is very small the preferred storage
solution for them is to store a large number of them in a archive.
ROOT is able to handle ROOT files stored in a ZIP archive so the file
handling in the class was adapted for the ZIP file usage.

Properly install AnalysisTreeQA.
Install missing pluto header file. Closes #2006 @1h

Use reference in for loop too avoid copying of data.

FairSource implements with FairRoot v18.4.1 the new function SpecifyRunId
which is used to trigger the read of the first event from the input. This
function has to be properly implemented in the source classes.

New or modified transport macros for file input (run_tra_file.C and beam simulation (run_tra_beam.C). Added three regular tests: transport of collision events, transport of signal events (from PLUTO) and transport of beam events.

CbmMuchDigitizerQa: More cleanup. No empty canvases or histograms are stored when no MC data is present.

Moved CbmMuchPointInfo to core/detectors/much/. Adjusted CMakeLists and CbmMuchBaseLinkDef accordingly.
