Added support for new CbmBmonDigi class to CbmAlgoBuildRawEvents and CbmTaskBuildRawEvents. Dropped support for T0 digis in TOF stream.

- Add usage of address field to TzdDigi
- Conversion constructor from TOF to TZD digis
- Conversion constructor from TZD to TOF digis
- Serializer and dictionary for TZD digi
- Adapt Tzd Digitizer to provide default value for new address field

Create and store matches for the psd detector system.

The ideal event builder relies on existing match objects. If the matches are
not available the detector system is excluded from the event building such
that at later stages no digis for this detector system ar present and no hits
are produced.

Fixes #2665.

Make CbmDigiData, CbmDigiEvent and CbmDigiTimeslice classes (previously structs) with ROOT streamers

After FairSoft nov22p1 and FairRoot v18.8.0 are released test CbmRoot with
these releases on CentOS 7, Debian 10, macosx 11 and macosx 12.

Remove a special linker setting for macosx which isn't needed any longer.
With the build system changes the full list of dependecies is available at
link time.
Add a missing library dependency.
