Add class CbmTbDaqBuffer to MQ/unpacker. This is the only place where
the class is used. Cleanup build system files from uneccessary and
obsolete include directories. Add the CbmTbDaqBuffer to the list
of files for one specific executable where it is needed.
Add directories unpacker and hitbuilder

The mcbm2020 trd unpacker crashed when incomplete spadic messages arrived.
This was caused by a wrong setter of a bool.
Which forced the unpacker to try to sort the raw message output,
eventhough it was not there.
This is corrected by adjusting the setter.

- fix name of folder hlding the text files
- use different variable name for the two files
- exit with kFALSE if file opening failed
- formatting (tabs, spaces, ...)
- update also the macro for unpacking on mFLES

Moved CbmMuchPointInfo to core/detectors/much/. Adjusted CMakeLists and CbmMuchBaseLinkDef accordingly.

- bring in TRD 20b with extended stations stepping and adjusted start positions

v20b corresponds to the enlarged z-expansion for the layers and the
start positions of 17n. In Addition the correlated header files for the
CbmTrdPads are added

Due to some not understood error the compilation of the AnalysisTreeQA package
fails suddenly. No changes were done. Since the problem affects the
compilation of CbmRoot it was decided to switch of the compilation till the
problem is understood and fixed.
