If the ROOT session is closed after the macro has finished the TGeoManger
has to be properly destructed.
This is done calling the macro RemoveGeoManager.
Add thecall in macro where it was missing.

correction in digi building to fix loss of major part of digis in vector as well as the inclusion of the reference time Stamp for each TS.

This is only required if one wants to implement direct instances based on the templates without derivation. But, in our case, were always derive it is unecessary and also causes issues. Hence, I removed it with this commit.

Since problems with the JINR GitLab server a copy of the NicaFemto repository
was installed on git.cbm.gsi.de.
Use the NicaFemto code from there.

Integration of TRD unpacking, with empty implementations for unpacker, monitor container and parameter container.
