Increase test time for analysis_tree_maker by 2s per event

The current test time was slightly on the low side for run4 and virgo in the sis100_electron case.
When running the test locally on an empty node the execution time was below the maximum test time.
When running the test in parallel with other tests the test hits the time limit in 5-10% of runs.
It also stays at 195-196/200 s in almost all runs, leaving only a small margin.
Fixing this by increasing the test time by 20%.
