[geo checks] Add align. compat. to overlap check + some expected overlaps 

- Add expected overlaps for mcbm 2019_03
- Add possibility to apply alignment matrices before overlpa check (copy of the functionality in FR v18.6.9 and v18.8.0)
- Add Nightly example of overlap check after applying alignment matrices with mCBM 2022_05_23_nickel setup
- Add Readme entry for the overlap check macro
