WIP: v22d STS3+5 geometry 

v22d STS3+5 Geometry has a 2cm gap between STS3 block and STS5 block with additional C-Frame. This geometry contains LV and HV cables. In addition, it has a power cable box and optical cable box in the outside of the aceptance area.

Media.geo file

There are some material defined for v22d STS3+5 geometry. Therefore, update is needed to produced nessesary geo.root etc. files.
