Add parameter files for new tof geometries

Florian Uhlig requested to merge f.uhlig/cbmroot_parameter:new_tof_paramter into master

Since the internal structure of the geometries has not changed there is no need for completely new parameters. Only the existing files were copied and renamed such that they follow the naming scheme. Refs #1666, #1667, 1535
