Fix file names for trd_v20b parameters

Pascal Raisig requested to merge trd/cbmsoft/cbmroot_parameter:fixTrdParNames into master

Somehow a wrong naming scheme sneaked into the trd_v20b parameter files. This commit fixes the names and the parameters should be loaded correctly now, by the automatic loading.
