fix mapping of TRD2D channels for the 2025 campaign

This MR fixes the wrong mapping of the TRD2D for the mCBM 2025 data taking campaign. The problem was mainly related to mirroring the y coordinate of the TRD2D wrt the xz plane @ y ==0. Below the residuals wrt to global tracks from run 3480 for the x direction and y direction (fixed)
