Beamtime 2025: Different parameters to run online binary

This merge request should bring the missing files to run different steps of the online binary. The detector subsystems under the track are STS, TRD, TRD2D, TOF, BMON. Some of the files are already in the master

• Unpacker (BMON)

I have also added the alignment matrices and TOF calibrations from @n.herrmann, proposed by @sturm and @a.toia on Mattermost

You use links to parameters (including geometry) from 2024. Is that really appropriate for the current beamtime?

For the STS all parameters are in. Specifically: StsReadout_mcbm2025.yaml same as for 2024 StsHitfinder.yaml same as for 2024 StsChannelMaskSet_mcbm2025.yaml same as for 2024 (and empty -channels masked in HW) StsWalkMap_mcbm2025.yaml new from 2025 calibration

I am following the pattern, started in the previous MR by @p.-a.loizeau. If the parameters do not differ from the previous year, I see nothing against the symbolic links

Yes, but in TrackingChainConfig, you use setups from the last year. I just wanted to make sure that this is ok for 2025, in particular in view of the changes in the TOF setup.

Please have a look at !222 (merged) and the already merged !214 (merged) before breaking things with parallel MRs! Otherwise we will never converged

Generally we should add all changes to the open MR, I will make sure you all have rights to push there (but not rebase, this I will take care)

the StsReadout and StsChannelMaskSet.yaml files are not needed, there is a typo in https://git.cbm.gsi.de/computing/cbmroot/-/blob/master/algo/global/ParFiles.cxx?ref_type=heads#L99 (wrong year) which need to be fixed

Same for MustReadout, it is not yet in the list because computing/cbmroot!2007 is not yet merged

Same for BMon as for STS, I will make a commit to fix the ParFiles.cxx when adding the hash update
