online: Adding BMON calibration and readout parameters and V0-finder configs

The MR adds parameters for BMON hit-finder.

The parameters were taken explicitly from the corresponding files for TOF (for SMType=5). The calibration parameter files for mcbm2024_05 still need to be improved, because the mapping of BMON digi addresses in this setup was wrong.

Update 11.02.2025 Adding configs for the V0-finder in different setups. At the moment, the only difference is a reference BMON-diamond selection
