online: Update STS reconstruction parameters

Is there an order in which you want to merge the 3 (this, !181 (merged) and !182 (merged))?

For the online parameters I anyway tend myself to merge without thinking once they are approved as except at the unpacker level I have no clue about the values or whether they match what the detector experts use for the legacy mode
