Bugfix to MR166

Changing the CA parameter file from the last merge request. The file was previously generated with the nov22p1 FairSoft version and cannot be read using the older version, utilized in the OnlineRecoCanProcessTimeslice test. In the new version the file was generated using the apr21p2 FairSoft version.
