online: CA updates

Sergei Zharko requested to merge s.zharko/cbmroot_parameter:online-par-updates into master
  • the online tracking chain config is renamed from "CaConfig.yaml" to "TrackingChainConfig.yaml" w- the ca.par update (accounting for a material gap between STS and TOF)
  • the main and user configuration for CA tracking in online tracking chain is added
  • the ca.par is now used only for geometry representation, the tracking parameters are updated from the configs
  • the number of threads is removed from the online tracking chain config
